NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Officials are investigating the death of a 29-year-old man on the Upper West Side Thursday morning.
Police said Nayquan Garden was shot in the chest at approximately 3:15 a.m. near the intersection of West 105th Street and Columbus Avenue.
A report from PIX11 said that gunfire erupted during a dispute, although the nature of the dispute is not known.
Garden was rushed to Mount Sinai Saint Luke's Hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.
There have been no arrests made.
