New Britain, Conn./WTIC Radio - In New Britain, police are trying to piece together a burglary, crash and shots fired incident Thursday believed to be all connected.
One person is dead.
Oofficers were called to Kelsey Street just before 9:00 a.m.
This occurred the height of dropoff at a nearby elementary school and learning center, when a shelter-in-place was implemented.
The crash occurred following the burglary and shots were fired during a subsequent altercation.
The victim was identified as Malcom Sprouse, 25, of New Britain.
