Danbury shooting suspect turns himself in

Danbury, Conn./WTIC Radio - An arrest has been made in a fatal shooting from earlier this month.

Police say David Grullon, Jr., 42, turned himself in on Thursday.

Grullon was wanted in the January 7 death of Victor Quispe, 37.

Detectives say a shot fired from a Lake Avenue townhouse went through a wall and struck Quispe.

Grullon left the scene before police arrived.

He was named as a suspect several days later.

Grullon faces a number of charges.

They include manslaughter, criminal possession of a firearm, risk of injury, and illegal discharge of a firearm.

Bond was set at $1 million.
