Willimantic, Conn./WTIC Radio - Police in Willimantic are investigating a late Monday night shooting that left a man wounded.
Officers responded to a 911 call of a report of shots fired at Blarney's Cafe on High Street around 10:30 p.m.
The location is near the campus of Eastern Connecticut State University, said police.
The man sustained a graze wound to the arm and was taken to Windham Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
The suspects had fled the scene by the time police arrived.
A preliminary investigation has determined the shooting may have been the result of dispute between local residents.
Investigators also say they're looking into the possibility there may have been additional individuals involved.
